Työkokemusta on kertynyt mm. psykiatrian eri yksiköistä, terveydenhuollon opetustyöstä ja erilaisista projektiluonteisista töistä. Vuodesta 2003 lähtien olen ollut päätoiminen työnohjaaja ja psykoterapeutti. Lisäksi toimin ryhmäpsykoterapian kouluttajana, aiemmin Suomen Mielenterveysseuran ja nykyisin Helsingin yliopiston järjestämissä koulutusohjelmissa. Olen toiminut myös Ryhmäanalyysiyhdistys ry:n  puheenjohtajana vv. 2012-15. Lisäksi olen Full Member of Group Analytic Society International.
